RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase! If you do need to return or exchange, requests are accepted on merchandise:
Within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, or
Within 15–30 days for store credit.
Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn or washed, and must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment if the return is received within 14 days of the original order's delivery.

We recommend that you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package. BECK cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
EXCHANGES
Please contact 971-393-7686 for assistance with your exchange. We will place a new order and waive the shipping and handling fees for the new merchandise.
HAIR SERVICES
At Salon BECK, we strive to provide exceptional services to our valued customers. We want you to be satisfied with your experience at our salon. However, due to the nature of the services we offer, we have a strict "No Returns" policy for services rendered. Once a service has been provided, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Hair and Extension Service Refund Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the start of your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, which will be discussed in person during your consultation and at the time of scheduling.
In the case of an emergency, exceptions may be considered. Please call 971-393-7686 and leave a voicemail, or email us at katiebecker@salonbeck.net.
Extension Appointments
A 50% deposit of the total cost of the hair extension service is required at the time of booking.
Deposits for Great Lengths Hair Extension services are non-refundable.
Once the appointment is booked, this serves as a verbal agreement and confirmation between the client and stylist that:
The hair supplies will be ordered post-payment, and
The client understands there are no refunds on the deposit once paid.
We do not provide any extension hair to the client after the service. The client is paying for a look, not a set of hair. Salon BECK and its owner are not obligated to relinquish hair extensions to the client if the service is not rendered.
For clarity, deposits are not refundable at Salon BECK or by Katie Edgier, Hairstylist, for any reason.
